Lawyer graduate with honours from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos [Major National University of San Marcos] in 2010.

Ms. Caro practice is devoted to Labour and Family Law both in the private and public sectors. She has broad experience in drawing up corporate strategies and in structuring labour planning, as well as in judicial proceedings. Similarly, she has served in different Non-Profit Organizations (ONG) leading cases involving the violation of workers' rights.

She has been teaching assistant for the courses of Civil Procedural Law I and II at the Law School of Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
