Lawyer specialising in Civil Property Law related to Contracts, Commercial Law, Real Estate and Arbitration. His professional practice includes advising and consulting in these areas, in particular: (i) preparation of reports on contractual interpretation and implications of contractual breach; and (ii) structuring, implementation, execution and execution of civil, commercial and real estate transactions.
Before joining our Firm, he worked as a Senior Associate of the Civil and Real Estate Area at Estudio Echecopar–Backer & McKenzie (2010 - August 2018).
