Lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at University of Lima, where he studied between 1982 and 1988. In 1989 he was awarded a scholarship by the State of Israel, to pursue courses in Municipal and Regional Management at the University of Haifa.

He specializes in Constitutional Law, as well as in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, with special emphasis in arbitration, having sponsored clients during his more than 30 years of professional practice, in both judicial and arbitration proceedings in almost all practice areas of law.

Founding partner of Amprimo, Flury, Barboza & Rodríguez Abogados in 2006, and previously, until 2001, partner of Blume & Amprimo.

Congressman of the Republic for the period 2001 - 2006, having served as First Vice President of the Congress; Chairman of the Committee on Constitution, Regulation and Constitutional Accusations; Chairman of the Committee on Transportation, Communications, Housing and Construction; and, Vice President of the Ethics Commission.

He has been a professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lima between 1991 and 2017, in which he was in charge of the Constitutional Law course, in addition to being part of the teaching staff of the Arbitration Seminar. Likewise, in 2019 he participated as a teacher in the Postgraduate Course in Arbitration Law, at the Law School of the University of San Martín de Porres.

He has been involved in the Commission for the Reform of the Civil Code and the Commission for the Reform of the Constitutional Procedural Code, ans has represented Peru before various international forums such as the Summit of Presidents of the Rio Group, the Latin American Parliament and the Forum of Presidents of the Andean Legislative Powers.

Natale is part of the list of arbitrators of the National and International Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and of the International Arbitration Center of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (AMCHAM - PERU). Also, he has participated as arbitrator in arbitrations of the Arbitration Court of The Hague, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

He is also currently a member of the Ethics Commission of CONMEBOL.
