Rodrigo Zaldivar


Rodrigo is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, obtaining his degree with the mention of ’summa cum laude’ in 2016.

His practice is focused on real estate law, contractual law, corporate law, and arbitration. He has advised multiple clients in drafting, structuring and the execution of real estate projects and commercial agreements. Likewise, Rodrigo has participated in interdisciplinary teams dedicated to carrying out legal audits (due diligence) of several companies. In the field of arbitration, he has advised clients in the real estate sector in the solution of commercial disputes.

Rodrigo worked as an Associate at Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, firm which he worked for more than four years. Previously, he was a trainee at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados.

Likewise, Rodrigo has been a teaching assistant of the courses “In Rem Rights” and “Property Rights” at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
